Within Sterling, he manages along with Franco, Investment finding as well as Financial Risk Engineering & Analysis.
During his 20 years of professional life, Nouman has worked within the MENA & NWFA Regions as well as the Americas. In particular; Los Angeles, South Africa, Paris, London & Buenos Aires Argentina. His international experience adds depth to his understanding of diverse & multicultural finance approach while overcoming deal-making barriers ranging from complex Due Diligence, Buy/Sell Side, Private Placements and Capital markets, to diverse cultural partnership fusion. Examples of his successful closings include Boehringer Ingelheim, GSK, Schlumberger, Anadarko, BP, BAT, Sanofi, Toyota, GUD Holdings, CSCEC, Euromonitor, United Nations Subsidiaries (DRC, PNUD, UNHCR, WIPO), California Food chains & Bank Industry M&A and Investments. With an experience spanning over 120 different clients, in as many industries most of which are Industrial, Pharmaceuticals, IT, Educational Services Sector, Food & Beverages, Automotive, Oil & Gas and Direct Investments.
Nouman has a Ph.D. in Finance & Economics (Quantum Finance) and an MSc in Financial Risk Engineering (Q World), both from the renowned UBA University (69th QS Ranking, Argentina), an MBA from UWL (UK), and the P World ARPM Marathon Certificate (New York).
