Jesse Hollander

Jesse Hollander supports Sterling Atlantic’s growth and execution of global mandates.   Mr. Hollander previously served as Consulting Director of Business & Financial Services (BFS) at Frost & Sullivan, where he consistently exceeded revenue targets. He led strategic growth initiatives across North America and Europe, focusing on private equity, late-stage venture capital, and investment banking clients while managing a 10+ person team of international consultants and sales executives. 

Mr. Hollander's entrepreneurial ventures include his current role as CEO and co-founder of Teleperson, a customer service AI platform. He previously founded Naturalware, developing a smart kitchen utensil with data analytics capabilities to support individuals with manual dexterity challenges. He also served as VP of Growth at IdeasLab, where he led business development initiatives around biomechanical and spatial analysis in golf technology. Following graduation from his MBA, he co-founded an M&A advisory firm headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where he was supporting local and global private equity firms to identify, value, and manage investments in the East Africa region. His extensive experience includes roles at YouEye (acquired by UserZoom), SIS International Research, and The Bridgeford Group at Mizuho Securities, where he specialized in cross-border M&A. Mr. Hollander has demonstrated particular expertise in market intelligence, strategic consulting, and financial advisory services across multiple industries and geographies, including significant work in emerging markets through his co-founding of Insight Solutions Advisory in Ethiopia. 

Mr. Hollander holds an MBA with a focus on international finance from Hult International Business School, studying across Shanghai, London, and Boston campuses. He earned his Bachelor of Arts with Distinction, Cum Laude, in Psychology from Boston University. He brings expertise in behavioral economics, game theory, social network analysis, fintech, and product design.
